It is incredibly hard to pair one of Bob’s burgers — according to Bob — and yet Teddy proves to be a homebrew savant and has done just that. Before we know it, the Belchers are running a speakeasy out of the restaurant.
The kids strike out on their own, again — seriously, how much do Bob and Linda watch these three?! — and enter the dangerous world of go-kart racing. After sprucing up a bumper car from Mr. Fischoeder, the Belcher trio hit the track. Tina is the best driver, but Louise wins “Gene’s Hairy Mole”, forcing Tina to join the Kingston Island Speeders (KIS) and is catapulted to the A League.
Louise makes her way up to the season-ending Grand Prix after winning the B League. Her car breaks down during the final lap, and Tina pushes her over the finish for a Belcher Racing win.
Back at the restaurant, the health inspector pays a visit … and Hugo suspects something. Bob doubles down, plotting to bake bread to cover the “yeasty, sour odor” that Hugo smelled. The lie continues with the Belchers claiming to open for breakfast. Hugo calls their bluff, and knows they are slinging homebrew, but drops the case so he isn’t fired.
Exhausted, Bob and Linda decide to stop selling Teddy’s beer.

Burger of the Day: Bleu is the Warmest Cheese Burger

Review
The Bleu is the Warmest Cheese Burger is an all-beef patty mixed with a hot wing sauce and chopped celery, which sits on a bed of lettuce and is topped with an onion-bleu cheese sauce. And, of course, all nestled neatly inside a brioche bun.
This is a tasty burger! Like you’d expect, celery, bleu cheese, and hot wing sauce are a winning combination. It is interesting to see how the beef taste of the burger still comes through — don’t think I’d say the same about actual hot wings.
Speaking of, the biggest issue with this burger is its unnecessary complexity. Let’s be real, folks: If we want something that tastes like hot wings — we just eat hot wings. Mixing the hot wing sauce and the chopped celery in the patty makes for an interesting mouthfeel, but ultimately is too complex.
Our recommendation: Use a Julienne peeler to make nice, crunchy, thin strips of celery. Lose the lettuce, cook your burger however you like, and top it with the strips of celery, hot wing sauce, and blue cheese. If you still want the bleu cheese to be saucy itself, make a quick buttermilk and bleu cheese dressing.
